Working Principle of the Iron Nail Making Machine
The Z94 nail making machine adopts mature Taiwanese technology and operates automatically. The process involves several steps: wire straightening, feeding, cutting the wire to form a nail tip, and stamping to form the nail head. It runs via a motor and is controlled with a simple on/off switch. Unlike complex systems, it requires no frequency converter or control cabinet. Depending on wire diameter, one coil can run for 4 to 8 hours without interruption.
Nail Manufacturing Process
Wire Drawing: Large-diameter steel rods (6.5mm or 5.5mm) are drawn down to smaller diameters like 4.5mm or 3.4mm.
Nail Forming: The drawn wire is fed into the nail making machine to form nails.
Polishing: Nails are polished using a drum filled with sawdust to enhance smoothness and shine.
Packaging: Finished nails are sorted and packed into bags or cartons.
